BACK TO THE CAVE

"Lose weight and get healthy by eating the foods you were designed to eat"

I've always felt like no diet fit me. Some made me starve, some were quick weigh-loss, others were just impossible to follow. Las month a friend told me about this PALEO DIET and I looked it up.
It is not as bad as it sounds.
Long story short, this diet is about eating what our ancestors ate in the Paleolithic age. This means you'll have to kiss goodbye your beloved dairy foods! No butter, cheese (of any kind), and...no milk! (Imagine how hard it would be to milk a wild cow- because in the Paleo age the animals were not domesticated). But the good new is that you can still eat most vegetables and fruits, eggs (6 to 12 a week limit), lean beef and much others!
There are lots of PALEO recipes and exercises that will help you live a healthier life.
"The Paleo Diet helps you lose fat, improve your health, and feel great."
-Robb Wolf, author of bestselling The Paleo Solution

I found all the information I needed in The Paleo Diet, a book by Loren Cordain that helps you find all the food you can and can't eat, great recipes and exercises!

MAY WE NEVER FORGET.

Some of us were still children when that day September 11th went by us, and we sure lost something.
I lost my faith in the good of people, and gained a constant fear and mistrust that have been haunting me since that day. We lost hope in kindness and mercy, and the world as we knew it was changed. But much more important than that, we lost people.
9/11 Memorial

As I walked in the 9/11 Memorial, I remembered it all, but one thing brought me peace: those people will never be forgotten. The imponence of the memorial made me feel small, but, at the same time, that eveyone matters and that no one will be left behind in the past.
